Finding Inspiration for Printed Photo Books
When you are going to be creating printed photo books – whether you are offering them to your clients as an option for the way that they receive their prints or you’re looking for the chance to market your work differently or you want to be sure that you’re able to share a story about your community, an organization or something else that you are passionate about – one of the things that you are going to want to be sure of is that you know where to turn for inspiration.
No matter what purpose you have in mind when you set out to create printed photo books, it’s never a bad idea to take a look at those books that have been designed by other photographers. You’ll also want to check out more traditional portfolios to be sure that you’re including all of the basics. You might want to check through some favorite photo albums or even through photo books at a local bookstore or library.
In other words, when you start to look for information about printed photo books, one of the things that you’re going to want to be sure of is that, even though you are creating something that’s entirely your own, you are willing to take inspiration where you can find it.
