Printed Photo Books: What You Might Not Be Thinking About During the Holiday
There is an extent to which printed photo books are something of an obsession for those photographers who utilize them frequently. There’s something about the marketing benefits of printed photo books and the way in which clients respond to them that hooks photographers - especially those who are just starting to embrace them as a tool.
While you might be taking a break from your photography business during the holiday season when it seems that event photographers have a couple of days of respite between holiday parties and New Year’s Eve, when wedding photographers often can find a couple of days to spend with their families and when portrait photographers are able to finally breathe after getting out a ton of kid portraits that made fantastic last minute gifts, if you’re new to using printed photo books, you just might find yourself thinking about what you can do - even with your family photos.
In other words, even if you are taking a break from your business during the holiday season, what you might want to think about is the fact that it’s possible to focus on creating new and interesting printed photo books - and that it might be a little tough to get the idea out of your head.
